The holiday season is upon us, and with that comes a time of joy, laughter, and wonderful memories with loved ones… but it can be stressful. For some, this time of year is exciting and fun, but for others the holiday season can bring about more depression and anxiety. Now whether you’re spending this holiday season alone or with family, it’s going to be difficult on all of us. This isn’t the usual holiday time.

If you’re alone and have no one to spend time with for the holidays, it can be incredibly isolating and lonely. On the other hand, if you’re on lockdown with your family and have been all year, it can be more overwhelming mentally and emotionally. With this year being more difficult on us due to quarantine- What are some ways that we can survive the holiday season with our mental health in tact?
